About HETL

The International Higher Education Teaching and Learning Association (referred to as HETL) is a certified non-profit organization in the State of New York (USA) and is classified as a 501(c)(3) public charity by the IRS (USA).

Founded in 2010 by Dr. Patrick Blessinger, the aim of HETL is to bring together higher education professionals and thought leaders from around the world to dialogue, network, and collaborate on issues relevant to teaching and learning in higher education. The vision of HETL is to generate new knowledge and to advance the scholarship and practice of teaching and learning in higher education. HETL supports academic and pedagogical pluralism as well as practices that promote sustainable learning and peace. To these ends, HETL works with and supports individual educators as well as all types of educational institutions, associations, centers, and other groups interested in improving teaching and learning in higher education.

TÜZDER is a professional non-governmental organization that aims to equip our children, who are the future of this country, with the values ​​of this country. TÜZDER has set out with the aim of bringing a new breath to education, which has been tried to be put into standard patterns for years. Inspired by Enderun and Gulamhanes, TÜZDER strives to offer a different perspective, a different and unique educational environment to our children, who are different with their talents and qualifications.

The organization, whose intellectual foundations were laid in 2008, became an association in 2011. TÜZDER (Association of All Gifted) aims to identify gifted and talented children, to support them in family, social and educational environments starting from pre-school period until the end of higher education, to develop them, to enrich their education, to ensure their participation in socio-cultural activities, It is a leading non-governmental organization.

What is TÜZDER’s Purpose?

As of its founding purpose, our association ensures that gifted children are supported in mental and emotional fields, that these children learn to use their potential and work towards increasing their performance. In addition, it carries out activities to increase the mental performance of all student groups with normal and bright development.

How does TÜZDER work?

TÜZDER, with its volunteer supporters who are experts in their fields, in the light of national and cultural values ​​of gifted and talented individuals; It aims to raise it in a more beneficial way to its homeland, nation, family and itself. In line with this goal, TÜZDER; It organizes training activities such as courses, seminars, conferences and panels for students, parents, educators and all segments of the society.

In addition to identifying gifted children, it also organizes workshops in cooperation with various institutions and universities for children who have been identified as gifted and cannot find appropriate educational activities in the society.

In addition, TÜZDER continues its institutional consultancy services in order to support the mental and emotional development of all student groups as well as gifted children, and to ensure that children can use their potential at the highest level.
